James Bost James joined the ShapardResearch team in 2009 with over 22 years of market research experience. Prior to joining ShapardResearch, James was President of Insight Market Research and Consulting in Oklahoma City. James has extensive experience in research design, quantitative data analysis, and qualitative research methods applied to numerous organizations across industries. James earned the designation Certified Focus Group Moderator from the Greeley Institute of Qualitative Research in Marina Del Ray, California in 2000. He taught upper division marketing classes at Oklahoma State University while a doctoral candidate in marketing. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Oklahoma Christian University. James and his wife Jan are active members of Quail Springs Church of Christ in Oklahoma City. James is responsible for client generation, client relations and all qualitative research studies for ShapardResearch, as well as overseeing on-site fieldwork projects.
