While raising her two children, Vicki earned a BA in Political Science from California State University-San Bernardino in 2007. Before taking time off to raise her two children, she was a Technical Recruiter/Staffing Specialist for major corporations such as MCI in Colorado Springs, CO and Fujitsu in Sunnyvale, CA.

Before becoming a Technical Recruiter, Vicki earned a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Colorado at Denver and worked as a Paralegal for Mattox and Associates in Colorado Springs, CO.

At ShapardResearch, Vicki assists in the design of data collection instruments at the front end. Accuracy of the results is vital in our research and Vicki’s primary role is to insure the accuracy of those results. While using specialized analysis, she translates the collected data into accurate and useful knowledge at the back end. Vicki works closely with Jessica on many research studies.
